How it works
Pick a campaign
Read its rules first: which platforms count, the hashtags and caption text it wants, and whether logos are allowed.
Paste the VOD
Paste the Twitch or Kick past-broadcast link (up to 12 hours) or upload the episode. You see the price before anything runs.
Pick styles and shape
9:16 for TikTok, Shorts and Reels, and up to four caption styles per job, so you can post variants.
Post and submit
Post on your own accounts and submit the link the way the campaign asks. Some boards want it within 30 minutes of posting.
Where paid clipping campaigns run
Whop's Content Rewards board lists campaigns from creators, podcasts and agencies. Most pay $1 to $2 per 1,000 views, and listed rates run from $0.20 to $5. Content Rewards takes a 10% fee, and a person reviews every submission.
CLIPPING runs Kick's clipping program; its Kick campaign pays $40 per 100,000 views. Some streamers also run programs in their own Discord servers.
The rules that get clips rejected
Read every campaign's rules before you clip. Common ones: the creator's hashtag and name in the caption, an ad disclosure, posting from an account that fits the creator's niche, and no other logos. One agency's campaign rules say "Logos of any kind are not allowed".
That rule matters for your tools. Free legit2clip clips carry a small legit2clip.com mark; Pro ($19 a month) removes it from every clip.
Why long VODs are where the money is
Campaigns pay per view, so the clipper who covers a whole stream first gets the moments everyone shares. legit2clip reads the entire stream from its transcript, so hour seven gets the same treatment as hour one. In our own test a 4.6-hour broadcast came back as 5 captioned clips in 29 minutes, most of it download time.
What it costs
10 credits per video plus 4 per minute. The free plan covers 5 hours of video every month. Pro takes half off and removes the watermark.
| Video length | Price | In dollars |
|---|---|---|
| 1 hour | 250 credits | $2.50 |
| 4 hours | 970 credits | $9.70 |
| 5 hours (fits the free plan) | 1,210 credits | $12.10 |
| 8 hours | 1,930 credits | $19.30 |
Base price for one video. Pro takes half off. Each extra caption style adds 25 credits, and the dashboard shows the exact price before anything runs.
Ten caption styles, plus Auto
Rendered by the same engine that burns your clips. Pick up to four on one job.

Questions
Do campaigns accept a watermark?
Many don't. Free and pay-as-you-go clips carry a small legit2clip.com mark; Pro ($19 a month) removes it. Check each campaign's rules.
Can I paste a Twitch or Kick link?
Yes: past broadcasts up to 12 hours long. For other sites, upload the file.
Is AI clipping allowed?
Rules differ, and some campaigns ban AI-generated videos. legit2clip cuts and captions the creator's own footage instead of generating video. Ask the campaign if you are unsure.
How much can I earn?
It depends on the campaign's rate and your views. Many campaigns only pay once a clip passes a view minimum, and budgets run out, so read the terms first.
